RETURN POLICY
We are pleased to announce that we offer returns on all items EXCEPT for accessories and swimwear items.
Please follow instructions below to return items postmarked within 5 business days of delivery date. For any packages that returned to our warehouse outside of the 5 business day period, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the store credit amount. Please ensure conditions below are met before returning.
LovaGirl DOES NOT offer complimentary RMA's (return labels). It is the customers responsibility to pay any shipping fees associated with returning the package. Once your return has been received at our warehouse, a store credit in the form of an eGift card will be issued which can be used immediately on the purchase of your exchange items. Store credit will be issued in the amount of the subtotal only within 3 business days.
TERMS:
Items MUST be in their original condition and sanitary protection labels in place. We WILL NOT accept items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, stained, washed, or damaged in any way. Please avoid getting makeup, deodorant, tanning cream, any bodily fluids, and other similar stains on items when trying on. Items received in such condition will be rejected and returned to the customer. The customer will be responsible for the shipping fees to have the damage/worn item returned to them. If the customer declines to pay for shipping charge, the customer will be charged a 50% damage fee which will be deducted from the original price of the item and credited for the remaining balance.
